Rates

Our online published rates at Airbnb and VRBO are (15-18%) higher than our direct booking rates.

Pricing is dynamic and based on seasonality, demand, and other factors. Check out our availability page for current rates for your specific dates. Rates change often, so check back again!

Up to 6 people (max of 4 adults) can be accommodated in our rental (see sleeping arrangement details).

check in/out

We have designed a contactless check in/out system via lockbox so that you can arrive and depart on your schedule.

Check in time is anytime after 4:00pm.

Check out is anytime before 11:00am.

minimum stay

We require a 2 night minimum stay. During some periods, a longer stay is required.

TAXES & fees

Cleaning $350 per stay.

State of Hawaii TAT (11%), GET (4.712%), and Kauai TAT (3%) is added to each direct-booking quote.

parking

Parking is FREE and open. There are typically plenty of spaces available right outside the entrance to the unit.

amenities

Air conditioned bedrooms.

Property amenities include access to Poipu Sands pool (heated in winter), Poipu Kai pool and jacuzzi, on-site tennis court, and community BBQ grills.

The condo is equipped with a “gear closet” filled with beach chairs, beach umbrella, towels, cooler, sand toys, snorkel gear, frisbee, tennis rackets, soccer ball, and more.

Deposit/cancellation

All bookings require a deposit, which is refundable up to 60 days in advance. Final payment (non-refundable) is due either 60 days prior to arrival.

Secure payment can be made via Venmo, Zelle, PayPal (using a credit card), or personal check mailed to our rental address.
